MPOWERED USABILITY BROKER PLATFORM NOTES

Project Overview

Strive to gain comprehensive insights into the objectives, behaviour, and operational context of our teams utilising the mortgage platform.


This should include:

  • what are they trying to do

  • who are they with

  • where they are

  • what the user wants to achieve

  • what problems do they encounter when working with the platform? eg: do they have all the required data, are there any blockers and do they leave the online process for any reason.

  • what devices / screens they use

  • how they communicate within the process

Results and Involvement

Results: User testing revealed that the broker platform reached a level of usability where users felt comfortable navigating it without encountering any complications. We received positive feedback from both brokers and internal colleagues, which was highly encouraging for our internal stakeholders and the team as a whole.

Involvement: Active participation throughout the process, with valuable input and guidance from senior leads and the broader product team. Engaged in close collaboration with the development team to strategize future actions and initiatives.
