Project Overview

Strive to gain comprehensive insights into the objectives, behaviour, and operational context of our teams utilising the mortgage platform.


This should include:

  • what are they trying to do

  • who are they with

  • where they are

  • what devices / screens they use

  • how they communicate within the process

  • what the user wants to achieve

  • what problems do they encounter when working with the platform? eg: do they have all the required data, are there any blockers and do they leave the online process for any reason.

Results and Involvement

Results: User testing revealed valuable insights gleaned from the data provided by underwriters. This informed adjustments to the platform, ensuring alignment with their needs and facilitating swift execution of clients' mortgage applications.

 

Involvement: Actively engaged throughout the process, receiving input and guidance from senior leads and the broader product team. Collaborated closely with the development team to strategize future actions.
